How AVYUKT NATURALS handles your information.
Your cart & enquiries
An anonymous identifier on your device connects to your saved cart. Contact enquiries store the name, email and message you submit so the owner can respond. No payment information is collected; payments remain disabled.
AM RITUAL launch notifications
With your explicit consent, we store your email in encrypted form, your consent record, confirmation status and send status for one AM RITUAL launch announcement. Your request is activated only when you confirm the email link within 48 hours. There is no general newsletter, and no launch announcement is sent without the owner’s separate decision. The owner sees subscriber counts, not a public mailing list.
Unsubscribe & retention
Use the unsubscribe link in the AM RITUAL confirmation or announcement email at any time. Unsubscribing removes your email address from that list; a keyed, non-readable address identifier and consent/send status remain to prevent duplicate sends. An email already passed to the provider cannot be recalled. Data is retained for the requested notification and its consent record until deletion is requested. Restock alerts
Restock requests separately store your email, product choice, consent and confirmation status. Confirmation is required before a restock alert is sent. Use the unsubscribe link in a restock email to stop those alerts. AM RITUAL and PM RITUALS subscriptions are separate; unsubscribing from one does not change the other.
Customer reviews
We store your display name, 1–5 rating, written review and publication consent. Every new review is PENDING and private until owner approval. Only approved reviews are public. Purchases and identities are not independently verified; no Verified Purchase designation is used. Screening addresses spam, duplicates, abusive or irrelevant content, personal information and authenticity—not whether the rating is favourable. Do not submit contact details or another person’s experience.
Control over your review
After submission, save the private deletion link from your receipt. It allows permanent deletion of your review and display name, including an approved review. Anyone with that link can remove the review, so keep it private. You may also request removal at info@avyuktnaturals.com; we may ask for reasonable proof that the review is yours. The owner can reject, unpublish or permanently delete submissions.
Email delivery & access
Requested emails are processed by our managed email provider (Resend). The sending address is provider-managed; replies are directed to info@avyuktnaturals.com. Provider acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery. Subscriber data and moderation queues are restricted to the authenticated owner. Keyed request identifiers are used for short-lived abuse limits. We do not sell your personal information.
